Combine water and salt in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add psta. Boil, uncovered, for 8 minutes, striring occasionally. Drain, reserving 1 cup (250 mL) cooking water. Return pasta and cooking water to same pot.
Add next 3 ingredients. Stir.Transfer to greased 2 quart (2 L) casserole. Bake,covered, in 375 F (190 C) oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.Bake, uncovered , for about 15 minutes until bubbling and cheese is melted. Serves 4 .
