How to Turkey Meatball Bake
Combine firth 5 ingredients in large bowl. Add turkey. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch (2.5 cm) balls. Makes about 34 turkey balls.
Heat cooking oil in large frying pan on medium. Add onion and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes until onion is softned.

Add flour. Heat and stir for 1 minute. Slowly add broth and milk, stirring constantly, until mixture starts to boil and thicken. Add cheese.Heat and stir until melted. Add orzo. Stir Transfer to greased 2 quart (2 L) casserole. Arrange meatballs on top. Bake, covered in 400 F (205 C) oven for about 30 minutes until pasta is tender.
Sprinkle with parsley. Makes about 6 cups (1.5 L)
