Scallop Orzo


Ingredients of Scallop Orzo

How to Scallop Orzo

Combine water and salt in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Boil, uncover, for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but firm. Drain . Return to same pot. Cover to keep warm.

Heat cooking oil in large frying pan on mrdium. Add next ingredients. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring often, until onion is softened.

Add remaining 6 ingredients. Cook and stir for 4 minutes. Add pasta. Heat and stir for about 2 minutes until scallops turn opaque. Makes about 6 cups (1.5 L)
