Ingredients of Sweet and Spicy Pork

Original image of FBg47f12.gif Pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat, halved 3/4 lb 340 g

How to Sweet and Spicy Pork

Combine water and salt in Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Boil, uncovered ,for 3 to 5 minutes, striring occasionally, until tender but firm.

Add bean sprouts. Stir. Cook, uncovered, for 15 seconds. Drain. Return to same pot. Cover to keep warm.

Combine next 3 ingredients in medium bowl.

Heat cooking oil in large frying pan on medium. Add next 3 ingredients and pork mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes until pork is browned.

Add remaining 6 ingredients. Heat and stir for 2 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened. Add to pasta mixture. Toss Makes about 7 cups (1.75 L)
